Q: What kinds of credit cards does CITGO offer?
A: CITGO offers customers a card for every possible need. Check out our CITGO PLUS and CITGO CELEBRITY® gas cards, or look at the Citi® Platinum Select® CITGO MasterCard® . Q: What do I do if I lose my card or if it is stolen?
A: CITGO Plus and CITGO CELEBRITY® account members should call 1-800-756-2484. If you're calling outside the normal hours of operation, and you have your account number and billing zip code, you may also report your card lost or stolen through the automated system by selecting the appropriate options any time day or night.

Q: How can I purchase a CITGO Cash Card?
A: You can purchase a CITGO Cash Card in whole dollar increments from $5 to $300 at any participating CITGO location.

A: For prompt assistance, CITGO Plus and CITGO CELEBRITY® account members should call 1-800-756-2484.

Q: Can I access my credit card account information any time I want?
A: Our CITGO Plus and CITGO CELEBRITY® cardholders have 24/7 access to their accounts with "Account Online." Find out more about this great program!

Q: Is there a toll free number for Credit Card Customer Service?
A: CITGO Plus and CITGO CELEBRITY® account members should call 1-800-756-2484. CITGOFleet card members should call 1-800-561-4991.

Q: What are the Customer Service hours of operation?
A: CITGO Plus & CITGO CELEBRITY® customer service representatives are available 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday. However, you may access basic account information through the automated service at the same number 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Q: Can I change my payment due date to a date more convenient for me?
A: Yes, CITGO Plus & CITGO CELEBRITY® cardmembers may contact Customer Service at 1-800-756-2484 between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday, for assistance.

Q: Who do I contact if I have an question or an error on my bill?
A: CITGO Plus & CITGO CELEBRITY® - If you think your bill is wrong, or if you need more information about a transaction on your bill write to us on a separate sheet of paper and send to:

Write to us as soon as possible. We must hear from you no later than 60 days after we sent you the first bill on which the error or problem appeared. You can telephone us, but doing so will not preserve your rights. In your letter, provide us with the following information:

  • Your name and account number.
  • The dollar amount of the suspected error.
  • Describe the error, and explain if you can, why you believe there is an error.
  • If you need more information, describe the item you are unsure about.

Q: How can I get a CITGO application?
A: CITGO Plus - try our quick and convenient online application or apply by phone at 1-800-462-4846. If you prefer to have an application mailed to you, please call 1-800-756-2484.

Q: How long does it take to process my application?
A: CITGO Plus - Normally, it takes approximately 14 business days. You may contact our Credit Department at 1-800-842-2348, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. EST if you have not received notification. They will be glad to assist you regarding the status of your application.

Q: How old do I have to be to be considered for a CITGO credit card?
A: You must be 18 years old at the time your application is submitted.
