With a touch-tone phone and a fax machine, you can obtain copies of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for CITGO lubricant products or check our online resource. Access the FAX/Back system by calling 1-800-495-0008. Press "1" if you know the nine-digit material code for the product (found on the product information sheet), and the system will give you instructions for requesting an MSDS. If you don't know the product material code, press "2" and the system will give you instructions for obtaining a list of code numbers via FAX. If you do not have access to a touch-tone phone or a FAX machine, please call the CITGO Lubricants Product Applications Line at 1-800-248-4684 or Lubricants Customer Service at 1-918-495-5082 (U.S.A.).
