The CITGO Supplier Diversity Initiative is a proactive business process that provides suppliers equal access to purchasing opportunities. It is consistent with procurement processes and objectives to source and deliver goods at the lowest total system cost.

To apply for an opportunity to become a CITGO supplier, as with any supplier, minority- and/or woman-owned businesses must meet standard qualification requirements, including technical, operational and safety standards.

Applying does not guarantee that a supplier will be awarded business with CITGO.
