Recently, the world's largest anti-fraud organization, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), welcomed CITGO General Auditor Chrysti Ziegler to its prestigious Board of Regents for a two-year term.

Chrysti is one of three new board members selected after a two-month certified member voting process. Her experiences and participation within the ACFE organization make her uniquely qualified to serve on the ACFE Board of Regents. As a longtime member of the award-winning Houston ACFE Chapter, she served in escalating roles for the last eight years, including president from 2016-2020 and vice president from 2014-2016. She currently serves on the Global ACFE Advisory Council and the Scholarship Committee.

Chrysti joined CITGO in 2019. She has more than 24 years of audit experience and holds a bachelor of business administration degree in accounting from Texas A&M University and a master’s degree in business administration from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.
