Without our dedicated workforce, CITGO could not have achieved our long history of success as a leading refiner, transporter and marketer of fuel, petrochemicals and industrial products.
When you visit your local CITGO to fill-up with gas, grab a snack, a hot cup of coffee, some groceries, and your breakfast, lunch or dinner, you're walking into a locally owned and operated business.
For more than 30 years, we have enjoyed sharing our values of inclusion and respect while sustaining programs for adults and children with intellectual disabilities through our partnership with the Special Olympics. Since 2013, our employees have donated nearly 2,000 hours of their personal time to the various events that benefit families in our local communities.
Since 1986, we have supported the Muscular Dystrophy Association and its noble work of making life better for individuals with neuromuscular disease and their families. To date, CITGO employees, contractors, marketers, retailers, family and friends have helped raise more than $240 million through a variety of fundraising events, from golf and bowling tournaments to walk-a-thons, shamrock sales, and auctions.
