Andres Eloy Padilla

Andrés Eloy Padilla joined the CITGO Petroleum Corporation Board in February 2019 and has simultaneously served as a PDV Holding Inc. Board member. Mr. Padilla is a financial and business professional with multi-industry experience that includes telecommunications, construction, business services, information technology, retail, and automobile industries. Before his current position, Mr. Padilla held senior executive positions in companies in the United States and Venezuela. He worked at Ford Motor de Venezuela S.A, Brightpoint de Venezuela C.A., Engineering and Manufacturing Systems, C.A., and Inversiones Pavil C.A. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an MBA from Florida International University.
