Jose Ramón Pocaterra served as Chairman of the Board of Directors from February 2021 to September 2021 and continues as a Director. He is a senior financial, business, and planning professional with 21 years of international experience in the operational, marketing, and financial fields of the oil and gas industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Santa María, Venezuela; a postgraduate diploma in corporate finance from Universidad Metropolitana, Venezuela; an MBA certificate from the University of Texas; and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program of the Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Administración (IESA) School of Management, Venezuela.
