Mark Holstein

General Counsel

Mark Holstein was named General Counsel in August of 2021. He brings more than 31 years’ legal experience, including nearly three decades in the oil and gas industry. Mark joined CITGO after managing the insurance defense practice for Travelers Insurance. Prior to Travelers, Mark spent nearly three decades at BP America in numerous legal roles.

Mark holds a Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Illinois.
