Vice President and General Manager Corpus Christi Refinery

Ryan Vining was named Vice President and General Manager of the Corpus Christi Refinery in February 2024. He has 24 years of experience in the refining industry.

Ryan joined CITGO in 1999 and most recently served as General Manager Operations, Maintenance and Reliability. Ryan has held various leadership positions at the Lake Charles refinery, including General Manager Engineering and Technical Services, Area Manager Reformers, and Manager Process Engineering.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from McNeese State University.
