Shane Moser

Vice President of Health, Safety, & Environment (HSE)

Shane Moser was named Vice President of Health, Safety, & Environment (HSE) in October 2021. Before joining CITGO, he worked as Corporate HSSE (Health, Safety, Security and Environment) Manager in Motiva Enterprises LLC, overseeing and managing the company’s HSSE programs. Shane also served as Refining HSSE Manager for Phillips 66 and as Corporate Emergency Preparedness and Crisis Manager for Marathon Petroleum Corporation. Before this, he held other process safety and risk management positions in Marathon, Olin and Exxon Mobil Corp. 

Shane holds a Master of Science in Loss Prevention and Safety Management and a Bachelor of Science in Fire and Safety Engineering both from Eastern Kentucky University.
